A TRULY HOLISTIC APPROACH TO WELL BEING

With her training through the Prison Yoga Project, Gail Jackson has the knowledge and experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, stress, and other challenges that are common among people in the criminal justice system. She is able to adapt yoga practices to the specific needs and challenges of individuals in these settings. Gail has a deep understanding of how trauma and stress can manifest in the body and how yoga practices can be used to help individuals manage these symptoms. She creates safe spaces for individuals to practice, and adapts her teaching style to meet the needs of a diverse group of students.

Gail Jackson’s compassionate, non-judgmental, and understanding approach to teaching, she’s able to connect with students in a way that is both empowering and supportive. She is able to provide a holistic healing practice that can address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the individuals she works with.
