You will learn some basic drumming rhythms and create rhythm as a community.

No experience necessary. All ages are welcome.

Instruments provided or bring your own.

No shoes are allowed in the Studio, bring slippers if you’d like.

The studio is handicapped accessible, please call ahead and arrive early for access.

No need to register! Come one, come all! No experience necessary and open to all ages. Let’s come together and create rhythms together with percussion instruments and drums. Gail will teach a few rhythms so the group will have some rhythms to add to the circle or make up their own. Instruments are provided or bring your own.

You are invited to take a moment after this holiday season to take a seat on a zero gravity chair, cushion or on a mat with a bolster and props. What are your intentions for the new year? Take a breath and allow what’s trying to emerge to arise. If nothing is arising, that’s okay. During our time together we’ll ride the waves of the high and low frequencies as well as other ambient instruments. These instruments help set the table for what is yours to receive. Won’t you join us for a moment to unplug, take a breath and set your intentions? Remember, your intentions are not set in stone, you can change them at anytime. Your seat is awaiting you.
